Drop us a shape

Folded something nobody has named yet? Spotted a new Shashibo print we haven't shelved? Or just stuck between DODECA and ICOSA XL? The inbox below is open, and a real person answers — usually within two working days.

Good reasons to write

• A design, pack or flow toy that is missing from the shelves
• A detail that looks off — series, magnet count, price, a broken photo
• A question about which cube to give, and to whom
• A shape you are proud of (words are fine, we'll try to fold it)

What we can't do

We never touch orders. Delivery, returns and warranty live with the store where you placed the order — the link in your order confirmation is the shortest way to them.
