If it doesn't flow — returns
Shashibo has one rule: if it doesn't flow, it doesn't go. The same goes for an order that didn't work out. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under the policy shown on that product page.
Try this before you pack it
Most 'broken' cubes are just one move ahead of themselves. Undo the last fold, let the magnets click back into place and go again slower. Never pry a panel — the hinge is strong, but it isn't meant to bend backwards.
Starting a return
- Find the order in your store account.
- Choose return or replacement and pick a reason.
- Follow the label and drop-off instructions the store gives you.
- The refund goes back the way you paid, on the store's timeline.
Real faults and warranty
A magnet that lets go, a split hinge or a panel sticker lifting early is a product fault. Reach the store or the brand through the product page and keep the original box — the lot number printed on it speeds up any warranty claim.
