How cubes reach you
A Shashibo travels a short road. You choose it here, the buy button opens its product page, and from that click on the store takes over — checkout, packing, the box on your porch. This catalog keeps no warehouse and never handles your parcel.
The road, step by step
- You press the buy button on a card or product page.
- The product page shows delivery dates and shipping cost for your address.
- You pay at the store's checkout — that price and date are the binding ones.
- Tracking lands in your order confirmation and store account.
When a cube runs late
Open the order in your store account: delivery status, carrier and the button to ask about a missing parcel all live there. We see none of it, so writing to us won't speed it up — but writing to the store will.
Shipping a surprise
A Shashibo comes in a small, sturdy box that wraps easily. Gift receipts and gift messages, where offered, are added at the store's checkout — send it straight to the person who'll fold it.
